• Must be a leader

• Superior attendance record

• High level of communication and organizational skills

• Can work at a fast pace

• Familiar with safety and quality procedures

Responsibilities for Lead Person:

• Provide guidance, support and motivation to team

• Promotes safety and teamwork

• Assures department is clean and organized

• Assures routine preventative maintenance is complete and done on time.

• Assures all teammembers are informed of and adhere to all company rules/policies

• Assists in training and direction of employees
