Job Description

We are working with an industry-leading organization seeking a Individual to join a hands-on Agricultural Equipment Development Program. This 12&-24 month rotational program is designed to develop future Territory Technical Representatives and Product Specialists within the agricultural equipment industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who grew up around farm equipment and want a long-term career working directly with machinery, customers, and field operations—not stuck behind a desk.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly with agricultural equipment in real-world field environments
  • Support equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to solve technical issues
  • Travel extensively during peak season (4&-5 days/week for ~12 weeks)
  • Gain exposure to multiple areas of the business through a structured development program
  • Prepare for a long-term role in technical support, product specialization, or territory-based positions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Agricultural Engineering (with machinery emphasis), OR
    • Agricultural Systems Technology, OR
    • Mechanical Engineering
  • Recent graduate (within ~5 years of graduation)
  • Strong background working with farm equipment (personal or professional)
  • Experience operating and/or maintaining equipment such as tractors, combines, planters, etc.
  • Internship or work experience with an equipment dealership or manufacturer is highly preferred
  • Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting ability
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively during peak season
  • Strong communication skills and interest in working with customers

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on farm background (grew up on or worked closely with a farm)
  • Experience in a dealership, service shop, or equipment manufacturer environment
  • Exposure to equipment diagnostics, repair, or testing
