Immanuel Communities is seeking a Assisted Living Supervisor to work at The Landing located at 3500 Faulkner Drive, Lincoln, NE 68516. The Landing has 90 independent living, 34 assisted living and 14 memory support apartment homes.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

The role of the AL Supervisor is to ensure the best possible service and care is provided to the residents within the Assisted Living community. The supervisor is responsible to ensure excellence of personalized care, meeting and exceeding the goals set by Immanuel, state/federal regulations, safety, and resident care and satisfaction. Additionally hires, trains and motivates the finest employees to achieve high levels of performance and work harmoniously in a team setting

Skills & Requirements

Current & active LPN license.

Three (3) years of general and related LPN experience with direct experience in a lead or supervisory role is required.
